PoSH ADVISORY
No woman should have to choose between her career and her dignity.
PoSH ADVISORY was born from a conviction - that gender equality at work is not optional, and that the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act is one of the most powerful tools we have to protect women's rights in the workplace.

Yet across organisations, implementation remained weak, awareness remained low, and women continued to bear the burden of unsafe work environments. We exist to change that. As a specialist PoSH team, we bring the law to life - through sensitisation, training, and policy work that puts women's safety, dignity, and equality at the centre of everything we do.
